There’s a one-off joining fee of £195 (excluding VAT) and our commission is 7% (excluding VAT and negotiable) on every order you take. Usual transaction fees with Stripe of 1.4%+20p apply.

    It was too admin intensive. I was also receiving orders through all different types of platforms which meant it was difficult to keep track.

  2. How easy is it to use the TILLO eCommerce provided by LBRC Ltd?
    Extremely easy, also to amend my menu items, times of opening add descriptions, photography, and allergens. If a product has been sold out, that is easy to mark that too.

  3. Has LBRC improved your business processes?
    Without doubt, it has removed a few layers of admin, has helped devise a mailing list, helps me with ordering ingredients, gives invaluable MI which helps reduce wastage, and improves accuracy.

  4. How was TILLO useful as a business tool before, during, and after Lockdown?
     I knew that I needed a solution to the issues I was having but wasn’t sure what the solutions. LBRC  came to me with a solution and I jumped at the opportunity and it totally transformed the way that I was able to conduct my business. Especially during the busiest periods.

  5. Do you think the tools offered by LBRC beats other solutions, and if so why?
    No experience of other solutions so I can’t ask. Much better than an excel spreadsheet and manually sending payment to customers that’s for sure

  1. What problems did you face before using Tillo?
    Before using Tillo we weren’t able to offer a local delivery service as most of our other options were National delivery which just didn’t fit the bill. We wouldn’t have any control over delivery days/times and plus the other options we did have seemed to be more expensive.

  2. How easy is it to use the TILLO eCommerce provided by LBRC Ltd?
    It’s so easy to use. The system is really well designed which makes it such a useful tool. I’ve been able to make a lot of adjustments in regards to delivery days/times and products myself without any assistance.

  3. Has LBRC improved your business processes?
    Massively. Before using LBRC we weren’t able to offer a delivery or click and collection service. It’s given us an online presence and has allowed us to grow as a small business.

  4. How was TILLO useful as a business tool before, during, and after Lockdown?
    In all honestly, if we didn’t have a system in place, we would have probably had to close down our business as we were unable to open our shop due to Health reasons and shielding. It’s been a real blessing.

  5. Do you think the tools offered by LBRC beats other solutions, and if so why?
    I think Tillo has the upper hand in regards to a local system. I’m yet to find anything that comes close to it. With an app, booking systems, text messages service, etc… Tillo is a fantastic system.
